Import runs reconcile their own counts

What changed

The import screen shows three figures per record type: rows in your file, rows in the platform, and rows accounted for elsewhere. The third column is itemised, so a merged duplicate, a rejected row and a row held for review are three different entries rather than one gap.

What you will notice

An import does not report complete on the strength of having run. It reports the arithmetic, and the arithmetic has to balance.

Why

A progress bar that reached the end tells you the job ran. It does not tell you what arrived, and that gap is where a migration quietly loses a decade of contacts.
