Published mechanics
The things a contract usually hides.
- SMS, and how a part is counted
- A$0.09 ex GST (A$0.099 inc) per part. One part is up to 160 characters for a standard message; once a message goes past that it is billed at 153 characters per part, and 70 and 67 for Unicode. Wholesale is A$0.065 ex, so the handling margin is A$0.025 and it covers the gateway account, ACMA Sender ID registration, delivery-receipt processing and the metering surface.
- Annual prepay
- The setup fee is waived and the year is ten months for twelve. Cancel mid-term and the unused months are refunded at the monthly rate, so the prepay discount is not refunded as if it had been earned.
- Export
- Full structured export, self-serve, at any time, plus 60 days of export access after cancellation at no charge.
- No free trial
- No free pilots. The capped free migration audit and the demo tenant are the free layer.
- Migration
- A$2,500 ex GST flat, waived on a 24-month initial term. The scoped audit before it costs nothing and carries no commitment.
- Price changes
- 60 days written notice, never mid-term, and a founding lock is honoured for its full stated period.
