What your clients are told about automated tools
Your client portal carries a page explaining the automated tools used in your dealings with your clients. You do not write it.
Why it is generated rather than written
A disclosure written once describes the product on the day somebody wrote it. Six months later a feature is switched on, and the page is now wrong in the specific direction that matters: it omits something in use.
So the text is generated from your live feature flags. Switch a scoring tool on and the disclosure changes to include it. Switch it off and the paragraph goes. It cannot describe a tool you do not use, and it cannot leave out one you do.
How to do it
In the tenant admin, open Automated tools. Read the generated text. It says which tools are on, what each one does, whether any of them produces a score or a ranking about a person, and what a client can ask for.
Publish it. That puts it on your client portal.
What proves it worked
Turn one scoring feature off, then look at the disclosure again. The text is different, and the tool you turned off is no longer described. Turn it back on and the paragraph returns.
If the text does not move when the tools move, it is not generated, and we want to hear about it.
What it says when you use none of them
That you use none of them, and that every decision about an enquiry, a brief or a property is made by a person. That is a real statement with real value, and it is worth publishing rather than leaving the page blank.
What you can still change
The tools you switch on, and the plain-language description of your own business at the top. Not the description of what a tool does. Those come from us because we are the ones who know, and because a description of a scoring tool that undersells what it does is the exact thing a client complaint is later measured against.
What your clients can ask for
The page says it: a person to review any outcome a tool contributed to, and an explanation in plain words. Both requests reach you rather than us, because it is your relationship and your decision.
